Reliability Engineering & System Safety （RESS）

可靠性工程与系统安全杂志，编辑是MIT核工程系的教授。

此杂志为月刊，内容比较丰富，其网络全文的一个好处就是会提前把接收但是还没有刊登的文章发布出来，可以看到一些最新的研究成果。

Published by Elsevier in association with the European Safety and Reliability Association, and the Safety Engineering and Risk Analysis Division。

IEEE Transactions on Reliability

可靠性最权威的杂志，主编是香港城市大学校长，美国工程院院士，中国工程院外籍院士，IEEE Fellow。

由IEEE的可靠性学会出版，季刊，每一期都刊载该领域最新有价值的研究成果，有兴趣可以到图书馆借来读读。

Aims and Scope
The Society is concerned with the problems involved in attaining reliability, maintaining it through the life of the system or device, and measuring it. The Society is engaged in the engineering disciplines of hardware, software, and human factors. Principal focus is on aerospace, communications, components and hybrids, computers, industrial electronics, lasers and electro-optics, medical electronics, nuclear and fossil power systems, and transportation systems. Reliability is integral to Availability, Maintainability, Quality, and System Safety.
